I also love his HIIT classes because they're perfect for people of all levels so I can bring along friends and we all get an equally challenging workout in a fun, positive environment!

Training with Sam has been awesome! The sessions are always a little different and keep me on my toes. I've noticed clear improvements in my personal strength, as well as general energy levels. I've had some health issues, but Sam has been able to adapt the sessions to make sure I can keep on top of my game. Sam is just a general good lad, and it's always great to train with him. Recommend him to anybody looking for a PT!

Totally recommend High Fitness. I have been going to Sam's Saturday morning HIIT classes and they are addictive! I have been feeling fitter and stronger as the weeks have gone by. You use body weight only, so you can push yourself without feeling like you're going to get injured. The class caters for everyone. Sam makes each class fun and is a really motivating trainer.

Sam has been incredible to work with. He has a great knowledge of the body and how to make sure you get the most out of each movement or exercise that you do. I started training with Sam to improve and work on my calisthenic skills/goals. I highly recommend attending a PT session with Sam, he not only encourages you but also pushes you to your limits with a fun way to exercise. I went to see Sam after dealing with extreme back pain for a couple of years where there were times I didn't want to get out of bed, with in a couple of weeks I went from an 11-10 back pain to no pain at all! he's a miracle worker! He also helped me achieve goals that i never thought I'd reach and gave me that motivation to want to stay fit and actually enjoy exercise again.

I signed up with Sam for PT sessions after reading about how he overcame his own health challenges. I was turning 40 but feeling much older physically with consistent back pain from my work and I lacked the strength and motivation to start exercising regularily. It's been hard work, but Sam has been amazing at helping me achieve my goals. Sam's knowledge of movement & his commitment is undeniable, our sessions are positive and encouraging. The workouts are variable and interesting and he always pushes me to my limits. It's been a few months now and back pain is no longer an issue with my work, I feel strong and my attitude towards exercise has changed for the better. Thank- you Sam!

Sam puts his absolute all into every session. Through training with Sam, my technique has improved significantly in all aspects of my training and my strength has improved with it. One of my biggest problems was engaging my core during my workouts and with Sam's help this is no longer a problem for me. I have had 3 PT sessions with Sam so far, as well as attending his HIIT class on a Saturday morning. After the first HIIT class...I was hooked! I worked muscles that I didn't know existed and really enjoyed using body-weight exercises which didn't put pressure on my joints. Into week 3 of my PT sessions and I can feel the results already, noticing improvements in my strength and fitness during everyday life. Sam is positive, encouraging, focused, motivating, and gives me the determination I need to smash my fitness goals. I can't wait to see how much more we can do in the weeks to come!

I love Sam's HIIT class, I got a really good work out that I was feeling the next day and felt a lot safer and not at risk of injuries compared to other HIIT classes I've done. I've also done some one on one work outs with Sam and he is excellent at motivating me to give each work out 110% and has taught me a lot about body movement. 10/10 would recommend.

Sam is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer. He provides clear instruction, encouragement and motivation, which combined make for really effective workouts. Sam offers a HIIT class where exercises focus on using your own body weight as resistance, which I find really approachable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Sam's classes are awesome! Every week is a new challenge where you get stronger and stronger. He runs an excellent low impact class. Great way to start the morning. Would recommend to anyone and even more people that don't want to be just doing box jumps.

Sam is an amazing personal trainer. He adapts what you want into the programmes he makes for you. He also runs a Saturday morning HIIT class which is such a great way to start off your weekend. This class is low impact which involves body weight exercises - this class will keep your heart rate up and burn some extra calories. He's very creative and loves to help people!

I'm not the kind of person who ever thought they would get a PT - I don't like exercise - but I've been attending weekly PT sessions with Sam for over 2 years now. He is absolutely fantastic to work with, you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their goals, it isn't just a job for him. I'm not the girliest girl, but when I got engaged and decided I wanted the whole white wedding dress thing...then found one that was a two-piece with my entire stomach hanging out...Sam took on the challenge with me and whipped me into shape so I could wear my dream dress. He set goals with me, kept me motivated and on track, all while keeping a smile on my face. Sessions with him are hard work, but we always have fun!

I love these sessions.... i had been going to crossfit previously and always ended up injuring myself (lots of the exercises are focused with lifting weights). I then was told about Sam's hit class by a friend... i tried it out and cant stop going now, i can see the results and i no longer get injured!! (The exercises are focused on using your own body weight, and you are encouraged to push yourself.... but not to a point where you get injured) Ive made heaps of new friends and met some really cool people! Sam mixes up every session so its never dull or boring, i look forward to the saturday session each week! Tino pai to mahi Sam!!

Love the Saturday morning HIIT classes at High Fitness. Sam is a pro at designing workouts to target the whole body without being overly strenuous and leaving you incapacitated the next day. The HIIT class is a friendly environment where everyone is super encouraging and welcoming, and every first class of the month we all go to brunch afterwards.
